How do I register as a vendor?
What documents are required for vendor verification?
You’ll need:
- Business Registration Certificate
- Government-issued ID
- Proof of Address (utility bill/lease)
- Product Portfolio or Samples
How long does vendor approval take?
Approval usually takes 3–5 working days after submitting all documents. You’ll be notified by email once approved.
No need to worry about shipping. We handle logistics or work with your delivery team. You control what you sell, the quality, turnaround times, and capacity.
What types of products can I list?
Vendors may list products in categories like: Business Cards, Apparel, Banners, Packaging, Stationery, Print Supplies, and Design Services. Custom requests can be discussed with the Admin team.
We’re accepting partners from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and more.
How do I upload my products?
Log into your Vendor Dashboard → go to Products → Add New. Upload product picture(s), set pricing, description, turnaround time, and SKU. Or contact our Admin to assist you.
What are the turnaround time requirements?
Depending on your listed products:
- Standard jobs: 48 hours
- Complex jobs (bulk, packaging, apparel): 3–5 working days
- Express jobs: 24 hours (when agreed)
- Print equipment: 3-7 business days. Nationwide delivery, and across Africa.
How do I receive payouts?
Payouts are processed securely in your local currency on a scheduled basis or monthly via direct Bank Transfers, or by using secure payment gateways and mobile money apps like Paystack, or MTN MoMo.
Your earning statements can be viewed in Dashboard: Performance → Finance → Statements.
What are the commission or fee structures?
We apply agreed margins per product/service. Details of your commission are shared in your Vendor Agreement and visible in payout statements.
How do I get support if I run into issues?
Use Help → Support Desk in your dashboard to raise a ticket, or Contact us directly via the website. Our team responds within one working day.
What happens if I cannot meet an SLA?
Notify us immediately via the Support Desk or Admin contact. Failure to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) without notice may lead to penalties or account suspension.
