Refund and Return Policy
At JaraPrint, we strive to provide high-quality products and services across Africa. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the following policy to determine your eligibility for a refund, cancelation or return.
We reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page without express notice. We asked that customers visit this page often to be aware of any such updates. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Return & Refund Policy, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and its services.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible to return printed products only if:

The item(s) arrived damaged or defective.

The item(s) were incorrectly printed due to a proven error on our part (e.g., design mismatch, incorrect specifications).

The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
Note: Due to the customized nature of print products, we do not accept returns for errors in user-submitted designs, incorrect files, or changes requested after order approval or processing.
2. Refund Process
No refund of money after payment!
Items delivered in good conditions cannot be returned. We do not refund a product or service that has been executed or produced in full or in part.
To request a refund:

Contact us by phone or email immidatly after receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue (reason for return), and clear photos of the product.

Our support team will assess the claim and provide feedback within 10 business days.
If approved, you may be offered:

A full or partial refund

A reprint of the original order at no cost

A store credit for future purchases
3. Return Shipping
If a return is required, we will provide instructions. In most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Certain items, like customized or personalized products (e.g., branded business cards, custom apparel), are non-returnable unless defective.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
4. Refund Timelines
Refunds are issued if the product is returned within the return period and meets the criteria outlined above.
Once your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method.

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are opened, damaged, or missing components.

Store credits will be applied within 48 hours after approval.
5. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted if:

The wrong design or incorrect file was uploaded or sent by the customer.

Delays were caused by third-party courier partners or due to circumstances beyond our control.

The item was not collected after production or was refused at delivery.
We do not guaranty the safety, storage or warehousing of abandoned items at our facilities. Such items are at owners risk and may be disposed or recycled after a one (1) month period.
6. Revisions & Dispute Resolution
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, please contact our support team to resolve the issue.
We will make an effort to resolve any issue that arises between you and us in good faith. However, if you believe your case requires further escalation, please email our management team.
7. Jurisdiction
This policy and any other policies (e.g. our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions) are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction situated in Nigeria.
Before resorting to traditional court litigation, parties must exhaust the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods such as mediation, arbitration, or negotiation to settle legal disputes.
