Refund and Return Policy

 

At JaraPrint, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality printed materials across Africa. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the following policy to determine your eligibility for a refund, cancelation or return.


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible to return printed products only if:

  • The item(s) arrived damaged or defective.

  • The item(s) were incorrectly printed due to a proven error on our part (e.g., design mismatch, incorrect specifications).

  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.

Note: Due to the customized nature of print products, we do not accept returns for errors in user-submitted designs, incorrect files, or changes requested after order approval or processing.


 

2. Refund Process

We do not refund a product or service that has been executed.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

  3. Our support team will assess the claim and provide feedback within 15 business days.

If approved, you may be offered:

  • A full or partial refund

  • A reprint of the original order at no cost

  • A store credit for future purchases


 

3. Return Shipping

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.


 

4. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days to the original payment method.

  • Store credits will be applied within 48 hours after approval.


 

5. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The design or file was uploaded incorrectly by the customer.

  • Delays were caused by courier partners beyond our control.

  • The item was not collected or was refused at delivery.


 

6. Revisions & Dispute Resolution

JaraPrint will make a good faith effort to resolve any issue. If you believe your case requires further escalation, email our management team.


 

7. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
