FAQ (Suppliers & Print Partners):

Join our network of trusted print shops and suppliers. Expand your reach, receive consistent order flow, and manage production efficiently with integrated tracking, secure payments, and logistics support.

Visit jaraprint.com/join, click on Register (as ‘a vendor’), complete the form, and submit required documents. You can Contact the Admin for a review of your listing. You will get Verified via email before your seller account is approved and active.

You’ll need:

  • Business Registration Certificate
  • Government-issued ID Card
  • Proof of Address (utility bill/lease)
  • Product Portfolio or Samples jobs done

Approval usually takes 3–5 working days after submitting all the necessary documents. You’ll be notified by email and have your profile active once approved.

Vendors may list products in categories like: Business Cards, Apparel, Banners, Packaging, Stationery, Print Supplies, and Design Services. Custom requests can be discussed with the Support team and it can be setup.

We accept partners across the world who are capable of serving the African market. No need to worry about shipping. We handle logistics and work with your delivery team. While you control the quality, turnaround times, and capacity of what you sell.  

Contact us for assistance in uploadng or listing your products on the website. To do it yourself on the Vendor Dashboard → Go to Products → Add New. Upload product picture(s), set pricing, description, turnaround time, and SKU. This must be done following the Store specifications and approval.

Depending on your listed products:

  • Standard jobs: 48 hours
  • Complex jobs (bulk, packaging, apparel): 3–5 working days
  • Express jobs: 24 hours (when agreed)
  • Print equipment: 3-7 business days. Nationwide delivery, and across Africa.

Payouts are processed securely in your local currency on a scheduled basis or monthly via direct Bank Transfers, or by using secure payment gateways and mobile money apps like Paystack, or MTN MoMo.

Your earning statements can be viewed in your seller Dashboard: Performance → Finance → Statements.

We apply agreed margins per product/service sold. Details of your commission are shared in your Vendor Agreement and visible in payout statements.

Use Help → Support Desk in your dashboard (if avaliable) to raise a ticket, or Contact us directly via the website. Our team responds within one working day.

Notify us immediately via the Support Desk or Admin contact. Failure to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) without notice may lead to penalties or account suspension.
