Are designs included in the price?
No!Designs are not automatically included in the base price of most products on our store. However, you have a few flexible options: We offer professionally designed templates you can customize at no extra cost. If you already have a print-ready file, you can upload it for free.
If you need a unique or professional design, our in-house graphic design team can assist for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the request. You’ll see design options during checkout, so you can choose what works best fit your needs and budget.
Do you offer same-day printing?
Yes! We offer same-day printing and delivery in major cities like Lagos, Accra, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Kigali, or Dakar (on selected items).How long does your delivery take?
Usually, our standard printing turnaround times is 2–4 business days depending on product and location. We offer 1–3 business days in major cities; and 3–5 days nationwide. Our cross-border fulfilment can take 5-15 business days.Can I print from my mobile phone?
Yes! Our smart online printing platform makes it easy to order anything from business cards, flyers, merch, packaging, and more — all from your phone or laptop. You can upload your design or use our editor directly from your mobile.Do you deliver outside major cities?
Yes!- From Lagos, we offer nationwide delivery across all 36 states in Nigeria.
- We deliver outside Kampala to Entebbe, Jinja, Mbarara, and beyond.
- From Accra, we cover major cities and towns nationwide such as Kumasi and Takoradi.
- From Nairobi, we ship across Kenya via Fargo Courier and G4S.
- In South Africa, local pickup is available in select cities like Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s confirmed, so modifications or cancellations are only possible within a short window. If you need to make changes, please contact our support team immediately via chat, phone call or email.
Once printing has started, we may not be able to adjust or cancel the order. Always double-check your design, job specifications, and delivery details before placing your order.
What is your return policy?
At JaraPrint, we’re committed to delivering quality always. Nevertheless, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will gladly reprint or refund your order after reviewing the issue; and if the mistake is from us.
To be eligible for a return or reprint:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide photos and your order reference number.

Customized items are only refundable if there is a clear production error on our part.
Note: Because each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or errors in customer-provided designs.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order in real-time from your JaraPrint dashboard. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you updates by email or SMS, including production status and delivery progress.
