Installation Instructions:

• Uncrate; remove transit locks; confirm accessories (exhaust, chiller hoses, air line, cords).
• Position on a level surface with ≥60–100 cm rear/side clearance.
• Exhaust: mount blower; run 150–200 mm duct to outdoors; seal all joints.
• Power: dedicated 220–240 V circuit with surge/UPS; earth the chassis.
• Cooling (CO₂): connect chiller IN/OUT; fill distilled water (+ biocide); purge air; confirm flow sensor.
• Air assist: connect compressor with moisture trap; set pressure per spec.
• Install software/driver (RDWorks / LightBurn); add device, set bed size/origin; home axes.
• Clean lens/mirrors; align optics at low power; set focus height with gauge.
• Safety check: test E-STOP, lid interlock, water/over-temp alarms; verify exhaust airflow.
• Run a paper test (low power) to confirm alignment; then a sample cut on approved material.
• Installation support available on request.
