Installation Instructions:

• Unbox; remove transit locks/foam; confirm accessories (stand, infeed/outfeed tables, core adapters, take-up, tool kit).
• Assemble and level the floor stand (or place on a rigid table with ≥20–30 cm rear clearance).
• Check rating label; connect to a surge-protected 220–240 V outlet (power OFF).
• Fit infeed/outfeed tables; square them to the rollers.
• Clean silicone rollers (lint-free cloth + approved cleaner).
• Load film rolls on top/bottom shafts (use 1″/3″ core adapters); center and lock collars.
• Thread film path with a leader board; close the nip; set light brake/tension.
• Zero the nip gap; set even roller pressure across the width.
• Power ON; select HOT/COLD; set temperature & speed for film thickness (e.g., 75–250 mic).
• Wait for READY/stable temp; run a scrap test and fine-tune temp/speed/tension (decurl bar if equipped).
