Installation Instructions:
- Unbox; remove transit locks/foam; confirm accessories (stand, crank/handle, pressure knobs, core adapters, tables).
- Assemble and secure the floor stand; level it.
- Mount the laminator body on the stand; tighten all bolts.
- Fit infeed/outfeed tables; ensure they’re flush and square.
- Install crank handle and pressure knobs; check smooth roller travel.
- Clean silicone rollers (lint-free cloth + approved cleaner).
- Zero the nip gap; center and square the rollers.
- Load film on upper shaft (use core adapters); set brake tension.
- Thread film with a leader board; set side guides.
- Test on scrap print; adjust pressure/gap to remove silvering.
- Installation support available on request.
