Installation Instructions:

• Unbox; remove transit locks/foam; confirm accessories (left/right fences, backstop, corner clamp, foot pedal, V-nail head/magazine, tool kit).
• Assemble and level the floor stand (or mount on a rigid bench).
• Fit left/right fences and backstop; square to 90° with a try-square; tighten screws.
• Install the V-nail driver head and magazine; load correct V-nail size (e.g., 5–15 mm) for your moulding.
• Pneumatic models: connect air line with filter/regulator; set 0.5–0.7 MPa (70–100 psi); check for leaks.
• Electric models: connect 220–240 V; verify foot pedal/solenoid; test E-STOP.
• Set clamp height/pressure for moulding thickness; adjust table height/stacker if fitted.
• Join two test offcuts: clamp → test fire V-nail into scrap → inspect the corner; fine-tune fence alignment/pressure.
• Lightly lubricate the driver head as per manual; keep work area clear.
• Installation support available on request.
