Printing Machines and equipment are covered by DOA/manufacturer policies. Consumables are generally non-returnable once opened. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Yes! We offer same-day printing and delivery in major cities like Lagos, Accra, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Kigali, or Dakar (on selected items).
Most equipment ships within 7–10 business days across Africa. Tracking is shared after dispatch is sent out. Express options may be available.
Yes. We stock common parts/consumables like inks and toners and can source others parts and accessories quickly. Check our Print Supplies or contact Support.
Warranty varies by brand/model (typically 6–12 months). See the product page for specifics. We assist with warranty claims where applicable.

At JaraPrint, we’re committed to delivering quality always. Nevertheless, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will gladly reprint or refund your order after reviewing the issue; and if the mistake is from us.

To be eligible for a return or reprint:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide photos and your order reference number.

  • Customized items are only refundable if there is a clear production error on our part.

Note: Because each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or errors in customer-provided designs.

We offer nationwide and regional delivery across Nigeria and selected African countries through our network of trusted logistics partners. 

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after production.
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select cities).
  • Local Pickup: Available at our print hubs (where applicable).

Where We Ship:

  • In Nigeria: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and more.
  • Across Africa: Accra, Nairobi, Abidjan, Kigali, and other supported locations.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on: Your delivery location. Size and weight of your order. Delivery method selected.

Order Tracking:

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Read our service level agreement or terms and conditions

Yes. Remote guidance for all machines; on-site installation can be arranged where available. Printing Equipment Installation support is available on request.
Yes. Preventive maintenance and repairs are available through authorized partners, depending on brand and location.
Yes. Basic operator training is available for some machines. Advanced courses are also available. Please visit our Print Academy to explore courses.
